Policies
  • Check-in: 4:00 pm
  • Check-out: 11:00-Noon
  • Front desk is open 24 hours except during the winter when it is closed 12am – 8am. We are available by phone 24 hours a day from March through September.

    Cancellation policy –

  • 24 hour before check in date. First night plus tax will be charged the day of check in.
  • Spring break week cancelation will require 7 days’ notice prior to check in date.

    Pet Policy –

  • $20 per day, per pet. Limit 2. Pets must be kept on leash at all times outside of the room. Pets may not be left in rooms unattended.

    Deposit Policy –

  • A $100 Cash deposit is required at time of check-in.
